So we get a phone call from this guy telling us that we have infringed on his trademark and to give him our domain MinistryHomes.com. After we checked it out and found he trademarked it clearly 8 months after we had purchased the domain we kindly responded with a, “say what?”.
Now far be it from me to mess with g-d, so we tried to be as reasonable as possible with this gentleman. I mean who wants to argue with a man of g-d, right?
We finally settled on $500 so as not to hurt his chances of building a better stairway to heaven.
