I sold this domain to a group putting together a suite of “athome” portals. The developers originally contacted me and I turned the sale over to Sedo to negotiate for us. In the end we sold the domain for $5000.
We are located in Boston and it was a good fit for us, but we decided to let it go and work on developing our other properties.
